1. Workout Technique.

If you do this, you may lose lean muscles, lower your metabolic rate, and end up gaining more weight as you are likely to eat more once you get off the diet.

The best way to lose belly fat is with proper nutrition. Your diet should be full of healthy natural carbs, fats, and proteins. Eating this will provide your body with macro-nutrients, minerals, vitamins, enzymes, and antioxidants you need to shed those unwanted belly fat.
