Choose your support system

support system

Choose your support according to what works for you but whatever it is, make sure you have something in place. Right now you can make a decision as to what works for you - to do lists, calendar or phone reminders, affirmations on the mirror, a friend or family member giving you supportive reminders, a diary or journal, a public promise online, or a forum support group.

There are may ways to derive support as there are ways to deny yourself the chance to make your desired changes. Pick what works for you and let it continue to support you as you keep implementing those changes.

To-do Lists.

To-do lists seem to help may people and fortunately there are many ways to make them - digitally on a computer, phone or electronic device, or just with pen or paper. A to-do list is helpful because you can check off the achievements as you reach them, giving you a sense of satisfaction which is second to none.
